How your process runs today and what you would like to improve.

To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is held in memory for that purpose and is not saved with your request. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website.

• To respond to your request and prepare a relevant demo or conversation.
• To follow up about your request, including scheduling and sharing information you asked for.
• To keep the website and form secure and working properly.

We do not use form data for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing newsletters without asking.

We process personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi) and other applicable regulations.

By submitting the form, you give your consent for us to process the information you provide for the purposes above. Processing is also necessary to take the steps you request before a possible agreement with us. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

We keep demo request data only for as long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up conversation. After that, we delete it, unless you become a customer or we are required by law to keep it longer.

• We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and handle requests, such as hosting and internal communication tools. They may process it only on our instructions.
• Some providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we take the steps required by applicable law to keep it protected.

If website analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless tool that measures visits and interactions (for example, opening the demo form) in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not build individual profiles, and the events we send contain no personal data.

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
