The name describes the job: operate services well, keep the relationship with each client in view, and automate the follow-through in between.

Service businesses sit between their clients and a lot of process: requirements, documents, reviews, deadlines, approvals and renewals. Most of that coordination happens in people’s heads and inboxes.
Our mission is to be the operating layer in that space, so both the team delivering the service and the client receiving it always know where things stand and what happens next.
Why we build it
Service operations run on follow-ups.
Ask a service team how a project is going and the answer is usually in a chat thread, a spreadsheet and someone’s memory. Clients ask for updates, staff chase documents, and managers find out about missed deadlines after the fact.
